I discovered Chef Boris and his team through The Knot and with the help of my planner! Chef Boris gave me menu options and made accommodations to exactly what I wanted. The chef set up exactly how we planned, everything was in order and looked perfect. His entire team, from the bartenders to the food servers, EVERYONE was amazing! Now, THE FOOD. I had people from all over this country telling me this was some of the best food they’ve had in their lives. I got more compliments on the food than my dress and I couldn’t even be mad because the food was truly sensational. There is no comparison. Chef Boris catered my 10th anniversary dinner during the quarantine and it was amazing. We enjoyed eating a meal that we did not cook ourselves. He delivered the meal on time and the display was so nice. We played ourselves but because we wanted to. The food was delicious. You won’t be disappointed.

I hired Chef Boris to cook dinner for my boyfriend and I at our home. Everything was immaculate! He arrived promptly and set up quickly. He was very professional and the food was delicious. He even let us borrow some glasses to use for our drinks. The food was very creative and even more delicious. He also engaged in conversation and was very pleasant.
